i have updated with ics and i don't know how to make print screen with gingerbread i can make print screen with shutdown key somone know how ?

sorry but i can't understand you what is the difference betwen this comments

1.press and hold both:

Power button & Volume Up for 1 or 2 seconds

2.force restart it's Volume Up + power

Now i understand , but i try volume down + power button but no screenshot i'm holdding a lot or hold for 1-2 sec but nothing is happened...
