I can't find any info on what this H is that keeps appearing at the top of the display on my wife's new Zylo.
Can anyone please give me a steer - what is it, and how do we access it to either act on it or turn it off?

H is short for HSPA (High Speed Packet Access), also known as 3.5G, a faster data speed service than 3G.

When H is not available, you may either get the 3G icon displayed or neither (2G only), depending on which service is available by your mobile network in any particular area.

Thank you very much for taking the time to reply with help.
I will now take action as described.

You're welcome.Of course the advantage with H is that you'll have faster download/upload speeds, very handy if mobile internet is your thing.
