Windows Live Mail/Outlook help

For the last few weeks WLM has not been downloading my Virginmedia email properly, it takes 2 or 3 tries for it to download successfully, and mail items are being duplicated 2 or 3 times - I've not been able to download ANY Mail at all today!

I know WLM is on it's last legs in regards to MS support, so decided to bite the bullet and finally setup my Outlook for my Virginmedia account (It's already setup for my old Hotmail account that I don't use much!) download Greenfish Icon Editor Pro

However, while it's setup and happily downloading my email (25000+ so far & still going!) I can't seem to export my folders from WLM to Outlook 2016 (64-bit). It's quite important that these mails be transferred in their folders. I tried the export in WLM but can't see where the folders are being exported to - I don't get a choice of a location to save them to! Ideally I'd like them to go to a USB stick, but I get no choice, and I can't see ANY folder anywhere with today's date on it!

This is driving me nuts, it SHOULD be simple but it's not!!!

Re: Windows Live Mail/Outlook help

Hi @PerterP, sorry to hear about this. Slightly frowning Face

This will be a bit tricky for me to assist you with as it seems to be connected to Windows Live Mail/Outlook and not your Xperia device, so my recommendation is to get in touch with the support for Windows Live Mail/Outlook and I'm pretty sure that it is Microsoft who is responsible for both services, so try getting in touch with them!

I hope that helps and that everything works out for you!
