I would like to know if there is an email for Xperia phones customer complaints, other then the "contact us" form. I have been dealing with one issue for over 6 months and gotten nowhere, so I am about to crack just like my phone did over and over again.

Personally I would give up and resign yourself to the fact the phone is little more use than a paperweight. I also question why directing him to the very same people he has spent the last 6 months trying to resolve this issue with useful. Yes people you may have guessed I am another less than satisfied customer with plenty to say about Sony Xperia care, shocking would be one polite way of putting it.
The customer service is frankly quite bad but to add insult to injury is the so-called management tier of Xperia care, which I might add is also nameless and not accountable to the so-called valued customer. Please note I use the word management with reference to a manager very loosely indeed.
Sony uses TelePerformance as their resource partner, nothing too unusual there but take 2 minutes to read the job description and salary, it about sums it up. Battery farms driven by KPIs and AHT with some crazed individual at the helm **bleep** bent on hitting a % on a call chart regardless of the “Real” level of customer service they are providing.
I seldom take to the Internet to express my views but with Sony Xperia care I would make that exception, my advice would be avoid, avoid, avoid or direct your comments at the nearest brick wall.
Personally I have lost sight of any intentions of getting my phone repaired and simply want it returned with the intention of selling it. I would not waste any more of your time on these individuals, if Android is your preference go to another manufacturer but personally I would go back to Apple if only for the superb customer support and service when things go wrong.

Sony please let me help me to login in sony xperia entertainment sometimes i to try to make create a account for Sony Xperia Entertainment after that Okey register but the most important question is if i logout and i 'm back to login cannot be ok cannot be accept my create account my personal password results is invalid but my create is correct. I experience this problem if i open to Sony Xperia Entertainment please let me help me.

I had troubles and hedache after my huge mistake of choosing Sony's smart phone!!
About 5 months struggling with the maintenance team to get my phone fixed with zerooo positive responses
After sales services here in Saudi regards sony 's agents is awful.
Handed over the z5 premium dual sim three times to the official Sony maintenance workshop and every time the phone returned back the same no signal and recently its not wotking .
I guaranteed if sony 's agent in Saudi keep neglecting their clients and producing this kind of very bad services they are going to slowly killing the name of Sony in the market.
Imagine when employee reply to you no spare parts are available.
May be some people will think its funny but its not it really happened and consumed my time for waste only running after them.
I had read a comment above of some one said Apple , I would say gladly we are going there for the good and decent after sale services.
