Lifelog capabilities without SmartBand

I've downloaded Lifelog on my Xperia C4. And I don't have a SmartBand. The app is nice. It can track if I'm walking and my steps. Maybe because of the accelerometer sensor on my phone. I know that the heart rate and sleeping will need a SmartBand but can it track if I am cycling or running or in a car? Or this too need a Smartband?

Kindly please list its capabilities with the phone's sensors and without the SmartBand.

Thank you fro any help.

Re: Lifelog capabilities without SmartBand

Hi @Arafat_AAK, I'm glad to hear that you like Lifelog!

According to the information that is available to me Lifelog will get activities from your connected device if you don’t have a Smartband. These activities includes steps, walking, running, biking and transportation.

Let me know if you have any other questions about this. Slightly smiling Face

Re: Lifelog capabilities without SmartBand

I removed it because I don't have a smart band and I'm a couch-potato. There's alot you can do with 3rd party apps in the Google Store though
