Activity data from Smartband not available in Lifelog

We have found that some phones from other manufacturers have a power save feature that disables apps and notifications that are not listed as “protected apps”.

 

There is a workaround that you can try on your device.

 

  1. Enter the Settings app.
  2. Enter Advanced settings.
  3. Enter Battery manager.
  4. Enter Protected apps
  5. Scroll down in the list of apps until you find Lifelog.
  6. Add Lifelog to the list of protected apps. (This Power save menu can look a little different on different Android versions, but the important action is to add Lifelog as a “Protected app”.)
  7. Re-start your device.
  8. Lifelog should be working as normal again.
  9. If you get a notification saying “Power-intensive app found”, do NOT press “Close app” as this will kill the logging process in Lifelog and the application will stop working.

I tried all this,its still not working.On my LG G2 I can see the SWR10 on the smart connect app,on my Huawei Mate s it's not to see in the smart connect app.What else can I do to connect my Mate s with my SWR10 ?

If you've done this for the Lifelog app, could you try doing the same for the Smart Connect app as well?
