Rooted M4 Aqua problems

Hello guys,

I have a problem with my phone. After I rooted my phone, it is randomly crashing and restart after crash stuck in bootloop for 5-30min (Record 1h), and getting hotter. If I call someone, they can't hear me, in Messenger, or other apps they hear me. I solved the problem with headphones, but sometimes I don't have it. The phone has new battery, jack plug, and backplate.

Flashtool bootloader unlock -> install magisk root with custom kernel.

That might sound like an lame excuse, but in that case i would ask in their support channel.

Their Software broke your phone, they know best how their software works and how to fix things it broke.

But Custom Kernel sounds bad...

I started rooting in 2 weeks ago, and I tried to install without a  custom kernel. It is saying "Failed to install. Please use custom kernel!" or whatever, and install Magisk root.
In SuperSU root, more crashes. I think the Magisk root is better.
