Netflix not working on XZ3

As a pre installed app on my XZ3 you'd think it would work correctly!  I can't open it.. A message appears error (1001) can't reach Netflix at this time. Can someone please help me with this issue please 🙏

Hi @Selmer, I am sorry to hear about this.

 

The error message you receive seems to be Netflix specific error message related to insufficient internet connection. Have you tried any of the troubleshooting on the Netflix helpcenter regarding the error code?

 

Please get back to me if it persists with another internet connection.
