No, isn't a bug, they just removed the transparent clock feature on it , but I don't know why.

Still missing in Theme Creator 1.3.1. I'm not sure what this new minor release added.

No, I knew about the live wallpapers. As if I am going to implement them, so people can go frenzy with 1 star reviews because "the theme dries my battery!!!". It happens already with the static wallpapers... I meant what's the difference between 1.3.0 and 1.3.1. I had read in the 1.3.0 description the live wallpaper was implemented already.
Also I wonder if the transparent clock is causing issues in Lollipop. My Xperia M2 (which I use as a clock now, with the alarm), started rebooting by itself yesterday. And it doesn't stop. When it starts it shows the main Home wallpaper but it doesn't load the Xperia Home. Or maybe it's an issue with Xperia Home beta.

The phone restarts in Lollipop were caused by memory full (where full means it still had 500MB free..). I could find it only because the phone is rooted. So via abd (because the Xperia Home never showed up anymore) I could do a full investigation. Google Play (vending) had a cache of 2GB! Deleted the cache and rebooted the phone was fine.
Then when I say that Android is a piece of junk people get angry. Yeah, sure. I had to rebuild the phone.if I didn't have root.
