Can I use physical SIM slot as eUICC?

Hi,

I have Sony XA2 phone (pioneer) which doesn't support eUICC on it's own. However, I have a physical SIM card that has a built-in eUICC and thus works as such with a USB SIM reader. I was wondering if it would be possible to somehow enable eUICC feature on the AOSP build and have it "point" to one of the SIM slots?
