Why can't Sony support provide what fixes and functionality changes exist (change log) in the latest software load (51.1.4.225). If someone reports a fault you'd expect them to see if the fault exists in their knowledge base and match it if fixed in a software release. All they seem to do is repeat the standard advice (restart, clear the cache, software repair, factory reset, load latest software). Why don't they try and match the issue to a known documented problem?
