It's nearly two months now since I raised the relatively simple issue (one would have thought) of Lifelog not tracking app usage on my Xperia smartphone.

 

Despite posting on here and sending many emails to both lifelogfeedback@sonymobile.com and questions.gb@support.sonymobile.com, I have had no support whatsoever from Sony.  All they do is misunderstand this simple issue, and fob me off by telling me that it's being looked into and they will contact me when they have a solution.

 

So my suggestion to Sony is, if you have no intention of providing support to your customers, why not just save yourselves some money by closing this forum down and laying off all your support staff?
