Problem with this forum log in

I have a problem a few months now, with this forum. I'm going to the "Support" app, and then open this forum which is in the app.I have a Google account here, and that is the way I log in. But recently, every time I open the forum via the Support app, Iam disconnected, and when I try to log in with Google, I get a message for error. And it keeps me disconnected. Rarely, I open the forum and I am connected like now. I think that the error message is about Google's policy on connecting via browser only. Has anyone have the same problem? What should I do? Sorry for my bad english, I hope you understand.
