My phones backlight went of after putting my phone on charge and my screen won't show anything now

I took my phone to Vodafone for a repair and they said it was water damaged I took it to a specialist the same day and he said there is no water in the phone I don't know what to do because if I just give it to Vodafone all they will do is say it's water damaged they did it before to me and my other phone didn't even touch water or anything please help

I'm very sorry to hear this.

 

I would recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with how to have your device sent in to an authorized service center for troubleshooting and repair.

 

As this is a global community it is not possible for me to answer questions regarding service procedures in specific counties/regions. Your local support team is better equipped to answer those type of questions.
