Why do I keep getting "pre download limit reached" every time I go my email inbox??

Hi @Nige23 ;

 

In the Email app account settings you should have one option to define pre-download limit, select "no limit".

Try Email app>top left 3 lines menu>settings>cog wheel to the right of email acount>pre-download limit>no limit.

Which Xperia do you have? Android version? Email app version? email service (yahoo, google, outlook, etc)?

I received a email saying that I have contacted the Xperia support team. I would like to say that I have not done so but I have lost my old Xperia phone a month ago and it may have my email address. I hope no info was spoken over the phone. Please can you let me know what was going on or if I have made a mistake please thank you
