Question: Camera Stabilisation

What sort of stabilisation does the XZ use? Is it Electronic, Opitical or Sensor-shift? Or something I've never heard of?

 

And just out of curiosity, what sort of the stabilisation does the XZs (and XZ Premium, assuming they are the same camera,) use?

@SMRTLim as far as I know it's not OIS but software, 5 axis compensation including shift and shakes. About XZs and XZ Premium apparently they use the same technology as the X compact and XZ:
