Photo app camt work after andriod 7 update

After the update, everytime I try to take any photo. The shot taken cannot be saved to internal or external storage (the loading circle keep swirling) yet I can see the shot in the preview. In the end the cicle stopped and nowhere I can see the shot yet the folder storing the photos could be seen modified (no photos in the folder)

since you recently upgraded, you can try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion

I am disappointed with such kind of reply. Software repair is clumsy and should only be the last resort. This is Sony problem but not the ours

@Arktong

test the phone in >>> safe mode and report back

On a side note, this is a user based forum, if you want to contact Sony, this is how >>> Local support
