no, you do NOT need to unlock bootloader, once you unlock it, you will void your warranty, plus Update Service, PCC won't work anymore, and even if you re-lock your bootloader you can not retrive the DRM files, so certain apps like track ID won't work and OTA updates will be gone too.

yes, bc you are NOT unlocking the bootloader, or you can wait for an XDA developer to release an updated version of super one click that will work with this version

I havent done some serious testing with the RAM, but yes, there is definetely a problem, the phone uses more ram for the same apps, i don`t know how. On .58 it had 190 MB free on idle, now 160MB, again, with the same apps and processes turned on. Plus, the other side can barely hear me in call, and yesterday, the screen turned of in call (normally) and never got on after i ended the call, so i had to take out the battery... They HAVE to fix this until ICS, fast.
