I cannot use viber and other messaging apps (such as Facebook Message) being in mobile data mode. They become connected only via Wi-fi. However, email and browser and other apps work all right. This is not the restriction of data package (everything used to work when I used Samsung Galaxy S3). Please, advise
This is likely down to the type of internet settings installed. By this I mean that you may be using WAP settings instead of Internet settings which will cause a number of issues when trying to use certain data based applications. To resolve this please contact your network provider and advise them that you have WAP settings but would like them to send you Internet settings.
