There should be an option to Install, either with the middle button or somewhere under Options when you press the soft key with the application highlighted.

Then just copy and paste the .jad file into your memory card "loose", without putting it into any particular folder.Your memory card should normally have an Other folder into which Java applications are normally copied in.
