battery draining in Xperia Tx

Whenever I put an alarm for morning and make sure the battery was 100% charged when I was sleeping, when I wake up, the battery would be almost 45-50% . I have used many battery saver apps and even the inbuilt battery saver feature, and even restarting the phone couple of times. Nothing seems to work. This has been happening for a long time, specially after upgrading the Android OS. I haven't installed any doggy apps and do make sure all the tasks are killed and nothing is running. When i check the battery I usage info, it shows that the Android OS has used ~85% of the battery and when I clicked for its details it showed that it was running all night. No other big apps were responsible as I even saw their % consumption. And yes I do turn off the data and Wi-Fi and any other battery consuming features but yes I don't put the airplane mode on because I do get some urgent calls at night. And yes the battery consumption isn't this huge when I Do Not turn on the alarm, it's nearly 5% ish, sometimes less than 2%!
