Based on the information provided I would advise to first test the Xperia in Safemode.
Safemode is a mode that disables all third party apps. If any downloaded apps are causing a conflict with the phone, your handset will work correctly in this mode.
If the phone is working correctly in this mode, this indicates there is a third party app causing a conflict with the device.
In this situation I would advise to remove the downloaded apps one by one to identify which app is causing the conflict.
If the phone does not perform correctly in Safemode I would advise to run a software repair on your handset as this is likely to resolve the issues currently being experienced.
