Xperia C radio and hanging.

Xperia C radio and hanging.

My xperia C display stops frequently.Phone is on but nothing is displayed on screen.The mini light at bottom works.

And for radio it has never worked.

 

Please help.

Hi,

Regarding the screen, does this happen when you do something special? Using an app or similar? You can always try to boot the phone into safe mode to see if same behaviour appear.

Do you mean that there are no sound while you use the radio? Have you tried with different headsets? You could also try to clear data for FM radio via Settings > Apps > The tab "All" > FM radio > Clear data.

The Radio doesn't accept my region.Never receives any signal.
My phone hangs randomly.Not any specific app.

I don't understand, when I said region, I meant the updates have to be approved and released in your region/country and/or by your carrier/network. 

 

if your phone its not compatible with your carrier/network's frequencies there's nothing you can do as its a hardware limitation not software.
