I sent my Z3 compact back for repair 2 weeks ago. Email with link to enable me to pay failed to work. Four phone calls later still no progress. Do NOT BUY A SONY PHONE!!! The service is none existant, with no escalation procedure, BEWARE!

 Well I can only speak from my experience I with Sony UK. I sent my phone back to Sony UK repair agency twice for weak network signal Both times the phone came back with no fault found But I was kept informed all the way and could track the repair via My Sony

 I then spoke direct to  Sony who arranged for a Grade A replacement Phone


 So keep pushing
