SD Card lost in system after 1-2 days

Hello

My tablet is a sony xperia z3 compact.

For half a year I had a 64GB SD card, no problem.

I bought a 128 GB SD card:

SanDisk Ultra Android microSDXC 128GB bis zu 80 MB/Sek Class 10

After some days of usage (1-3) the card always gets lost in the system.
I either have to take it in and out again, then it is found, or I have to restart the tablet.

Any solution for that?
BTW: Actual android is 5.1.1.

Thank you
 Bodo

@bodomalo

That might be a faulty SD card, you could reformat the SD card
