No 3G on C3 dual

I have C3 Dual. We had bought two of same phone in June 2015. All was working fine until last month. Now although I have full network I get only 2G. The same SIM works well on the other C3. I also tried with other SIMs on my phone. Nothing worked so I did a factory reset. It's still the same. please help.
