Localization issue with Wi-FI stamina and google localization

In the new 4.3 Android on Xperia SP I have noticed localization issues with WiFi STAMINA mode enabled, and google wifi localization service. This is most noticable during tracking with endomondo, some parts are being lost eventhough endomondo reports GPS signal OK. When you disable either STAMINA or Google wifi localization this is not the case.

Also tested this on Xperia V with Android 4.3. There was no simillar issue with Android 4.1 on both devices.

Re: Localization issue with Wi-FI stamina and google localization

The issue is purely with google localization service enabled - when enabled can't get proper GPS tracking. With this disabled everything seems working fine. The same with Xperia V on 4.3
