Maintenance work ongoing

Wednesday night 1st of March CET we will initiate a maintenance work on the forum. You can expect some disturbance in the Forum functions and design.
We will already on Tuesday do changes in the structure on the forum when it comes to boards and categories. During those changes the forum should function normally

Handset without repair_Poor and Pathetic Service


This is regarding poor and pathetic service provide by Sony Ericsson Service centres.

I have purchase the Handset (Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V ) 4 months ago.

It results in hanging and doing functions by its own (Touch screen issue)

and I went to Customer care at Gurgaon and submit my handset there.

After So many talks with the service centre guys............... i got my Handset without repair.

It is in the same condition as before.........This is very shameful that hardware issue are pending with sony ericsson end ,so long.

Now I requesting your team to do the Needful Once again

Is there is any ENGINEER to resolve this Issue in SONY ERICSSON SUPPORT.

I pity on the inefficiency of the SE Service care .
