My 18 month old Vivaz Pro fails to boot after the battery fully drains.

Is there any other way to solve this?
If not where can I find the nearest service center that can repair my phone? Im at Tanza, Cavite, Philippines.

I did try again.
I tried three times already.
while the SIM and memory card is removed.
Still the same result.
