Tried doing Refresh several times, but still getting "No content available" message.
I have Arc S 2.3.4 Build 4.0.2.A.0.42

you have android 2.3.4 not 2.3.5
now use OI file manager and check if you can access to the music
settings -> storage and check if the SD card it's mounted

Sorry its a typo uliwooly, yes its 2.3.4
There wasn't a music folder so I created one, now when I refresh I get "Could not download"

what do you mean when you refresh?
go to settings -> storage
do you see the SD card there?
also if you have your phone connected to your computer (and your SD card mounted to the computer) you won't be able to see the music and certain apps

yes I'm aware of it. SD card is detected cause I can see pictures and my mp3s in gallery and music player. On the window I hit Refresh button

ok I know what you are talking about now, go to settigns -> accounts & sync, you need to add both Facebook accounts. and it will only work if you friends added music and/or videos to their FB

No luck mate I have both FB in Accounts Sync and works fine with Timescape but not in Music & Video app,
but I have the same working in 2.3.3 in my X10. Maybe a bug in 2.3.4

I'm currently having the very same problem with my Xperia arc (same sw build number). It's been reported but I don't know the reason for this or when/if there will be a fix.
I tied both 3G and WiFi but it didn't matter. I suggest you try both just to be sure it's not a connection issue. It searches for quite a while before denying. I will try on my home WiFi later today.
