From what you are describing there's a problem with your SW2, not a problem with a driver missing in your computer. When you install Update Service is also installs the needed drivers. I haven't seen the driver as a separate download but i can't see how that would help in this case.

sorry,smartwatch is not supported in SUS.It was told by a staff member.

But I have a problem. After update SmartWatch application on my phone, I see stucked progress bar on SW screen. I can power off SW by holding power button for 15-20 seconds. If I press button again, progress bar appears again. I afraid, my SW2 is dead.

Try to force shutdown.See if anything changes.
