Have you tried both on Wi-Fi and mobile network?
Try removing the proxy settings on your APN.
Settings > More.. > Mobile network > Access Point Names
Tap your internet account, usually called "[operator] Internet" or similar. Delete everything under Proxy and (Proxy) port.Save and try again.
What is the name of the app you are using?

I have tried only with mobile network. And I have checked the Proxy. Coludnt find anything under proxy. It was not set. I am using "smart voice recorder"

Hello,,please anyone help me on above issue.. I have tried tape a talk app also..
Voice recording is not at all working.
