Cant turn on the phone, with the loading cable it just vibrate

Today my phone turnd on the volume by itself, after thatit shuts down by itself. I turned it on again and it shutdown by itself again. When I tried to turn it on again there is no reaction and when i connect it with the loading cable it vibrates regulary and the red light on the top shine, but the screen is still black. What can I do? (sorry, if i worte sth wrong, I'm not english)

Connect your phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 1 or 2 horus > repair your phone with SUS or PCC
