Maintenance work ongoing
Wednesday night 1st of March CET we will initiate a maintenance work on the forum. You can expect some disturbance in the Forum functions and design.
We will already on Tuesday do changes in the structure on the forum when it comes to boards and categories. During those changes the forum should function normally
Thanks for your understanding.

No u would not be able to update if ur phone is rooted.
try this- install OTA rootkeeper from android market, temp unroot ur device and then try SEUS
if this does not work create a backup and flash ur device with stock ROM 4.0.2.A.0.58 and then try update.
also before u do any of this see if ur bootloader is locked.this also causes problems

That's not true, if you root you can update OTA, or through SUS or PCC, if he/she on the other hand unlock the bootloader then he/she will void the warranty and he/she won't be able to use PCC nor SUS unless he/she relocks his bootloader.
