Bad replacement service by sony India


I was facing some network issues with the phone. I went to the janakpuri service center to get it checked and i was told that there is a hardware fault in the handset and it needs to be replaced. Now it has been six days already and i have not got my phone back. Two days ago i was shown a refurbished phone which was to be given to me but as the same was not in working condition same had to be replaced again. I do not understand why am I being offered a refurbished phone. Either you guys should repair my own phone or if you cant repair my phone then give me a new one. Why would i use a disfunctional phone which was used by someone else. I did not spend 35000INR just for using a second hand phone.

I have gone through the warranty clauses and the card i have says in case fault in the handset, the handset would either be repaired if it can not be repaired then it would be replaced,  if it cannot be replaced then the amount of purchase invoice will be refunded.

I am getting tired of making follow ups if you guys cannot repair my handset then please provide me a new one,  if you can not give me a new handset please give me my money back. I might as well buy an apple iphone atleast they are committed to their customers and provide them the best service possible. They are not like sony who would go on handing over refurbished phones to their customers. If you can not provide me a new phone,  please give me my money back. If you cannot provide services to your loyal customers like me I am sorry to say but I would have to end my loyalties towards sony.
