Reset button

My yellow reset button has randomly fallen out,along with the black screen freezes and glitches do you think Sony will repair the device or even replace it for a new one

Based on your other thread, you have been using the reset button, if you use it often and you press it too hard it could damage it. 

 

Please don't create duplicate posts, I've merged them all since you asked about root access and warranty and then went into other topics.

Device repair

Hi if there are problems with a device that are unrepairable so Sony replace the device for a new one,does anybody know
