I'm unable to boot into recovery mode - TWRP

Phone: Xperia M C1905

Android: 4.3

Build number: 15.4.A.1.9

Phone is rooted and has an unlocked bootloader

Hi, I've just tried to install the TWRP recovery (by twrp manager) but it said that something went wrong (or twrp has already installed) so I tried ROM manager as well. It said that the installation was successful but when I rebooted my phone into recovery it has just simply rebooted. (I tried NDR Utils, ROM manager and Quick boot apps to reb. into rec. but neither has worked.) - (((another problem: when my phone is off and I try to boot it to rec. manually - by the vol. buttons it boots into safety mode every time)))

Really thanks guys to help me Slightly smiling Face Bálint Duma

PS Sorry I'm a novice so pls be patient (and sorry for my mistakes as well)
