why would you restart your phone? you have to shut it down (long press the power button by itself > turn off)

also post a screenshot of flashtool

Got it!

No need to push the power down button and volume down simultaneously, just kept the volume down button pressed and push in the USB cable.

How to create a backup of your original firmware

  1. you must have SUS
  2. run SUS and repair your phone
