I've got a problem, I'm trying to root my phone (mini pro, SK17i), but something is wrong. I think the problem is in the FlashTool, every time I try to use this software, I get the same log:

I did a clean installation of the OS by SUS, and then tried to run this guide, but always get the same problem ...
Of course, I did all these steps:
Go to settings > Security > Mark "Unknown sources"
Settings > Developer options > Mark USB debugging
Settings > Xperia > connectivity > USB connection mode > select MSC mode
What I find strange is that I have managed to root this cellphone before, and now I'm having this problem! Any help please?

HI my Friends
I'm so happy because of yours helpful posts (Install ICS and this one) OMG! I could do it hahah
I followed all your instructions and now I have my Xperia Mini Pro (SK17a) with ICS 4.0.4 and Rooted!!! hahaha
After flashing the first time with 4.1.A.0.562 kernel (Step 3) my cell phone started rebooting, and my laptop didn't recognize it (step 4) , so I removed the battery, I inserted it, and I tried again... and it worked!!! Finally I flashed the phone with the 4.1.B.0.431 kernel, and everything gone fine
Thanks a lot Nabeel my friend

satyanreddyg i suggest you try on different PC
NashTaufer That's not possible friend. However you can root your phone without having the need to unlock the bootloader.
You wan't to root it ?
pumabr But that logs seems to be fine. Ignore the error and proceed with rooting toolkit.
Are you able to do that ?
I could feel how happy you're
I'm always here to help, keep going

pumabr Then i guess the kernel has not been flashed properly
Did you remember what version of flashtool you used when you rooted earlier ?
Maybe using that version would work now.
Otherwise i would just say try with other PC. Disable antivirus and firewall during the process

Thanks Nabeel! The problem was the version of FlashTool I used (the latest, 0.9.10.1). I removed this version from my computer, reboot, installed version 0.8.0.0, then the 0.8.5.0 update (just as I had done before), and this time everything went without any error. Again, thanks for your help, without you I would not know what to do anymore!
