Can't unlock bootloader since updating to Marshmallow

Hello

I have updated my E5506 from Lollipop to Marshmallow using Flashtool, an unlocked bootloader and a Generic US. ftf file. After that, I relocked the bootloader to reinstall Marshmallow using Xperia Companion since the ftf I used was buggy. Now, I have a fully functional Android 6 but know I can't unlock the bootloader to flash TWRP and root.

Fastboot getvar all says:

secure:yes

And also "failed (command not allowed)"

How can I fix this? I need an unlocked BL to flash root.

Thanks.

Have you checked the XDA Xperia forum. They usually have answers for unlocking the bootloader.
