Camera, Second Camera and LED Not working!

My camera, Front camera and the LED Flash aren't working on My Xperia z2 with Android 5.1.1!
I have already resetted the Phone with Sony's PC Companion, but the Stock Sony camera app crashes. On Android 5.0.2 i could open the camera app but got a error message where IT said that there is no camera function. I have already restarted the Phone, and cleared the Cache...
I even have wiped the Android Cache and dalvik Cache using a recovery! I have already tried some other camera apps, but no function. One app only Shows me a upside down pictore from the frontcam when i press the cam Button, but IT cannot Safe the picture and crashes.

Any solution?

Unfortunately doesn`t work on Safe mode.

I opened the servicemenu (*#*#7378423#*#*) and the camera Check also detects an error...

a full software repair via pc companion didn`t work
