Re: unable to view new image in album

It's in date order and album classes the date as "when file created"
Better off looking in folder view to find it quicker.
Left hand menu, select folders, choose download folder

Re: unable to view new image in album

Hi @chits1, sorry to hear about that. Slightly frowning Face

If you're unable to locate the images using the method that @viridis mentioned, could you try clearing data for the Album app as well as Media storage? This will force the device to index all your images anew which may help.

To do so, go to Settings > Apps > Album > Storage > Clear data, then go to Settings > Apps > Menu (3 dots in the top right) > Show system, now locate Media Storage > Storage > Clear data. Once you've done so, restart your device and allow some time for your device to index the data. While it's indexing, all media may not be visible so check back from time to time until it's done (the time this takes varies depending on how much media you have stored on your device).

Does that help?
