I can't open my photos, it's showing me that photos has stopped so I don't know how to open them now. What I'm supposed to do?

Do they open with the Album app - Are the images on an SD card?

If you are using buit in album app then go to settings--apps--all--album and clear cache and data then uninstall updates restart your phone update album app again and check if your issue persist.

Are your photos saved on SD card as asked by Thommo?

I've never used the Photo's app but when I opened the app I found it to be an app that uses the cloud to store or save photo's, could this be the issue
