I bought Sony Ercisson Neo V on 25 Jan 2012.
Recently I am running into its usage issue.
Phone display is not working. I am not able to see anything on screen.
I can only see display for sometime if I restart the phone after two or three days.
Display is lasting for only few hours and shutting again.
Unfortunately I have lost the warranty card.
Is there a way I can get it serviced at Sony Service Centre using the 15 digit IMEI # of the phone after repair.
Please help me...I have invested a lot in buying phone and cannot invest again in its repair.
Thanks in advance,

most probably its a hardware issue
still there is no harm in giving software repair a try
Update/Repair your phone via PCC OR SUS
PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).
Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)
SUS ( Sony Update Service) ... download and install it on pc and follow the on-screen instructions http://www-support-downloads.sonymobile.com/Softwa
both the links are same
see how it goes

if not successfull then try visiting the shop from where you buyed the phone , they could issue you a duplicate bill or some etc like thing
i think you only need the proof of the date of purchase

If after all this you are still unable to source the proof of purchase, you may need to contact your local Sony Support team ad raise a case with them.

I am staying in Bangalore (one of the metropolitans in India) and came to know that only two service centres are available in the entire city...why dont they increase the service centres. I have to travel a lot of distance to reach the Service Centre
