I have had a Xperia Neo for 2 weeks now, and the available internal memory already dropped from 260 to 209.
Just today I still had 221, then I updated 4 apps (I only have like 5 extra apps, it updated speech recognition, touchnote,..) and it dropped to 209. At this rate I will have no internal memory by the end of the year.. I move everything to SD with APPS2SD when possible.
Any tips on keeping the internal memory high?

since you already have apps2sd.. the best you cn do is open that app once in a week and clear all the cache files...
rest if you want to have more internal space then you have to root..
rooting is a complex procedure which may void void your phone;s battery..

Is there a way to clear all the cache at once in APPS2SD?
APPS2SD also shows some apps that can be moved to the SD card.. but when I click on them it's not possible to move them. Strange

You may try "SD Maid" from Google Play, it works on rooted and unrooted phone, of cos you can do a bit more on unrooted one. I did it with my unrooted Neo V, free up twenty something MB of space and clean up more than 100 unused and empty folders (I think they may be created when downloading and installing applications from Google Play/Market from time to time).

yes you can but you have to but the paid application
ok try to move those apps by going in settings > applications > storage use >
find the app and try to move to sd cars..
