I have had my phone for just over a week. Earlier today I was having no issues with the touch screen. I carry it in my pocket but when I got home, the screen has completely stopped working. I am using the keypad and little arrows to get around. I have tried to do a reset using the keypad (cuz I can't get any reaction from the touch screen) and when I get to the "are you sure you want to do this" the RESET DEVICE button will not highlight no matter what keys I push. VERY frustrating.
I have also gone through every setting I can find to make sure I have not unintentionally turned the touch screen off.
Does ANYONE have an idea what this might be? Did I do something to it or is this an issue that others have had?

There isn't a way to turn off the touchscreen of the handset so it doesn't sound like it's a setting you have changed in error. It sounds more like it could be a glitch in the software. I'd recommend trying to repair the software through PC Companion to see if this helps (this is done whilst the phone is completely powered off).
To do the software repair, run PC Companion > Click Support Zone > Select Software Update > Click Repair phone.

are you using a protective case that might be too tight and it's pressing some other buttons? you can also use Update Service to repair your phone but it will delete everything
