On what? smile happy I did not know you were expecting any more info on this.

The statements and the info I've posted is all I know. Any further questions will have to be directed to the carrier who's software includes CIQ.

would there be way for users to opt out? or "debranding" using flashtool will be the only solution?

Like I posted, I don't have any more info, but my guess is that you will not get that option.
