Re: Check out my home screen!

Should only take a few seconds.  Is USB Debugging enabled (Settings -> Applications -> Development).  Paste the contents of the command window if it isn't working.  Never seen it fail mind.

Re: Check out my home screen!

It doesn't think your device is connected so maybe you do need the SDK.

You could try flashtool instead:

Other people have used this OK.

Re: Check out my home screen!

@Slim: in my case, i never bothered for SDK or any other thing.

I just used zergrush method and it took 45 seconds to complete the process and reboot.

BTW, when u enabled the USB debugging and connected your device to your PC, it is suppose to install a driver automatically, have you seen any such notification @ right bottom cornerof your PC?

After that driver installed, Zergrush should automatically find your phone.

Re: Check out my home screen!

Why are moving system apps?  Don't do anything yet!

First download Titanium Backup and backup everything to your SD card.

Then download the ClockwordMod Recovery app from the Market.  Details here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1437840

Then reboot into CWM and backup to your SD card.  This basically backs up an image of your system and is absolutely essential before you start messing.

Then you can start uninstalling system apps to free up some space but be VERY careful what you remove.  There is a list on XDA that is worth looking at.

If you're not low on internal space though perhaps you should start with something simple like a mod to put on/off widgets in your status bar or something?

Re: Check out my home screen!

i totally forgot about that :smileylaugh:

i have lready moved some files..

so should i move them again to system files and then backup with titanium backup..??

i have installed CWM and dont know how to use it :smileysilly: i see an option of reboot in cwm.. ok will do...

and yes i have been foloowing some thread in which some user listed all those apps safe to remove.. will look at your links too....

and yes do tell me how to add widgets on notification...

and i also saw the themes thread you mentioned above..

so what do you think i should do..?? instal those theme or install ics apk separately//?? it says install via recovery... i dont know how to...

but please answer the first question :smileyhappy:
