Hi there, I am thinking there aren't many more options that you can try but as you were listening to music when it happened the only thing I can think is to try and boot it up without the memory card in and see if this makes any difference.
If that doesn't help (and I am not overly hopefuly) then I guess you need to contact either your retailer/carrier - whoever you got the phone from or Sony direct in order to get it looked at under warranty. Contact for Sony can be found via this link

Whoops, sorry school boy error there. As Sushi said it takes a while for us to get out of the habit of making suggestions on the newer phones that may have worked on the older versions. Many apologies. Guess the only thing left is to get it looked at by a technician. Hope the numbers list I gave you is at least correct information.

this was going to be my suggestion, my phone froze on me before and I couldn't soft boot it because there is no removable bateery, but if you hold down the power buttong and the volume up button for 5 - 10 seconds it will do the same thing
