After update up to 11.2.A.0.21 the error message appears permanently: android.process.media stopped.
How to solve the problem?

Turn off your phone
Download and install PC Companion
Run "Support Zone"
Click "Update phone software" (phone still not connected)
Click "Repair phone software"
Follow instructions in guide that opens up. Don't connect your phone until the computer tells you to do so.

This is not very good solution as I see. It implies lost of contacts, programs and data on the phone. Of course I can backup it. But then I have to spend a lot of time to restore all of that...
Is there any other solution allowing to avoid that process?
... guess no...

The only thing I can say: help yourself...
So, how to solve the problem with message android.process.media stopped?
The main idea is your Android can't find data from cache. The reason, for example, you disconnected your phone when he was trying to read a lot of media files.
To solve the problem:
1. Settings --> Applications --> All
2. Choose Download manager and clear all data.
3. Choose Media Storage and clear all data.
The author of the solution recommends take out your SD-card and backup your mediafiles from your phone. I didn't do it.
All of I've lost are call settings and 5-10 minutes to restore them. That's it. Enjoy.
